Training and ExperienceRenee Sievert has been trained and certified through the Center for Equus Coaching, and now serves as an instructor, Mentor Coach, and Continuing Education Coordinator.
Equus Coach(TM) training covers an in-depth overview of equine psychology, equine health, safety and handling along with coaching skills that are in alignment with the International Coach Federation (ICF). The course is designed to help professional life coaches, facilitators, and psychologists to partner with a horse to accelerate the journey to helping their clients reconnect with their inner truth. All of the instructors at the Center for Equus Coaching are ICF PCC or MCC certified coaches. . |

What is Equus Coaching?
Equine-assisted coaching combines nonverbal interactions and powerful coaching tools to increase self-awareness and build confidence.
Horses provide immediate, clear, and genuine feedback, offering us an opportunity to learn how and where we are being either clear or incongruent in our communication.
If we are aggressive or try to dominate, the horse will flee. If we lead from fear or try to coax a horse, it will be easily distracted or disinterested. If we lead from clear intention and deliver a confident, congruent message, the horse is eager to join up and follow. The lessons are immediately transferable to our relationships at home and work.
Clients experience powerful shifts by watching for feedback from the horse, listening to inner intuition, adjusting the message, establishing trust and clear communication, and stepping into true leadership.

Coaching Packages
- Participants will be on the ground and will be expertly coached through interactive activities with the horses.
- No activities involve riding. Activities take place on the ground.
- No previous horse experience is required.
Coaching Fees:
$375 for an hour-long session
$700 for a half-day individual session
$900 for two people half-day
$1,300 for a full-day individual
$1,600 for two people full-day
Group and Team Events:
- Fee varies depending on facility, location, and number of participants.
