Why Horses?
Horses are highly sensitive and provide immediate, clear and unbiased feedback. Interacting with horses offers a unique opportunity to experience the subtle and not so subtle impact of how we are showing up in the world.
No prior horse experience is needed!
Afraid of horses? Bad experience in the past? No problem. Each of you is welcome to participate at your personal level of comfort.
The horse activities will take place on the ground. There is no riding involved.

Maintaining Presence in Times of Change An Equus Workshop in San Diego, CA With Renee Sievert Saturday, December 7, 2024 Facing complex times of uncertainty or growth requires us to trust our ability to notice and respond to what is happening in the moment. During times of change, we must shift into relying on intuition, agility, creativity and a vision of the future rather than relying only on past experiences. Equus Coaching is an efficient, precise, and impactful personal development experience. You will have an opportunity to interact with a sensitive animal that will mirror how you express yourself. You will receive immediate and honest feedback from a non-verbal animal with no stories or baggage from the past. Your Facilitator: Renee Sievert, RN, LMFT, PCC, CDTLF Renee is a Master Certified Coach, Master Equus Facilitator, Certified Daring Way® and Dare to Lead® Facilitator and eternal optimist. She knows that interacting with horses can provide opportunities for self-trust, clarity, and authentic connection. THE DETAILS: Saturday, December 7, 2024 9:00 AM – 4:00 PM FeatherHeart Ranch, Ramona, CA $395 includes refreshments, lunch and materials. All exercises are on the ground. No riding. No horse experience necessary. Directions and instructions will be mailed to you once you register online.
